vehicle checking system

I have a machine for vehicle checking as Motor performance, break, balance and car body inspection, I had a client version, so I need my own administrator version (computer), the will take the value from arduino system, so could any one build this system, in case you have my demand already, it will be better. The system should be in Arabic and English languish.
