tool traceability using arduino

I want to create a college fyp on a tool traceability system integrated with hardware components such as barcode scanners rfid readers and camera imagining.the system needs to operate each steps of the tool trace whilst returning the recorded data from the hardware back to a cloud or database for traceability.i would required the code and pcb layout to ensure it function's.
Im not strong at arduino programming but should be a nice easy project and money for you arduino guru's. :) looking forward to hearing from you. I need this completed asap.
