small Arduino code

It is about arduino timer. I need to control 4 relays. Once a condition has been met (for example one arduino entry receives a + signal or a GND signal that will be present until the end of the cycle), then:
- second 0: analog output 1 (+5V for example) will be ON for 25 seconds, and then OFF;
- second 25: analog output no. 2 will be ON for 4 seconds, then OFF
- second 29: analog output no. 3 will be ON for 2 seconds, then OFF.
- second 31: analog output no. 4 will be ON for 3 seconds, then OFF.
