I need a switch for DC/DC high voltage of 15,000V

I need a switch for the high voltage, see attached sketch.
We have a DC/DC high voltage of 15,000V and a pulse capacitor up to 15,000V to 25,000V.
For this we need a switch to be able to switch this voltage on / off at different intervals.
The switch should also be controlled via ARDUINO
- I need an electrical circuit to make an electrical board, as well as a list of electronics I need to buy, as well as the source code for ARDUINO .
