I need a programmer to help with an Arduino project

I need someone to write a program for an arduino nano that will take a liner resistance mesurement from a water level sensor and convert it into an output to control 10 individually addressable LEDs (WS2812b). I need to be able to input a a small range of numbers to control each of the LEDS based on calibration of the sensor. (i.e. from 1200 to 1300 - light up LED 1) I also need to be able to assign the color of each LED when it is lit up. I also need to control the brightnes of the LEDs. I have a program that I have cobbled together and it "works" ok but it is not user friendly.
