i need a pcb programmer who can program and design pcb

I am looking for an experienced PCB programmer and designer who can create a custom PCB to a specific design. The design must be able to handle a critical power supply with signal amplification and data processing requirements. I have a specific design in mind and will provide full details to the accepted freelancer. Experience in C++, Python, or JavaScript languages is preferred, but not essential. The selected freelancer must understand the project requirements and be able to develop an efficient, reliable PCB within a reasonable timeframe.
