I need to have a simple color sensor for a baby diaper

I need to have a simple color sensor for a diaper.
I only need to detect a few colors (yellow, blue, green, white). Ideally, the product should have the capability to:
a) edit the colors to be detected
b) edit the frequency at which the color detection happens
c) communicate the signal or display the signal
d) the product should have a minimal volume
