need to edit my existing arduino project

I am in need of an experienced developer to edit my existing arduino project that utilizes the wifi manager library (https://github.com/tzapu/WiFiManager). I am using NodMcu ESP8266 to run webserver by using the said library. It has a static IP. Nodemcu connected with wifi and webserver runs perfectly, but when i connect it with mobile hotspot, Nodmcu connect with hotspot, but do not show the webserver page in web-browser.
