I need a coding expert

I am developing a code that will use a hall monitor sensor to detect buckets of water tipping. This information will then be sent to a Bluetooth device via Bluetooth code. I have both the hall sensor and Bluetooth codes working separately, but I cannot integrate them together. I keep getting an error "a function-definition is not allowed here before '{' token"
