I need an Arduino engineer

Hi. I'm Siti from Malaysia. I plan to develop a device features an accelerometer for measuring the angle with respect to the ground, an LCD display for showing the results with a microphone to give signal when angle is 0. The device will be placed on the thigh during half squat fitness test. In this test, participants will slowly bend their knees while keeping torso erect without lean forward. At the bottom of the movement, the angles of their knee joint and hip joint are nearly equal. That's the time when the sensor will detect and give signal like (sound).
