monitor weight and temperature and publish to mqtt

Hello! I'm looking for someone to help with a project monitoring weight and temperature (modbus rtu). The device used to monitor will be an Arduino, and the communication protocol required for MQTT is Ethernet. Data will need to be published to MQTT at a rate of every minute.
