midi controller arduino

I have built a midi controller using an arduino, i have uploaded the code, and all necessary software but it is not functioning as it should be. I need guidance from someone who understands how arduino works, and guide me through it. I have used an instructable post as guidance for building the project, so all instructions will be shared.
