measures the water level using water flow sensor

We require a hardware circuit with its schematic diagram and arduino code which measures the water level using water flow sensor and solenoid. The circuit will be consist of an arduino UNO as a controller, 4digit seven segment display and rotary encoder for setting and displaying the value. The user will set the value accordingly
