making custom arduino board

hello this is kim from korea

i need a custom arduino board that has mega2560, uproading chip(ft232 or atmega16), micro-b usb connector

the board size is 65mm x 70mm maximum

and i need the way to uproad arduino bootloader on the board(atmega2560)

and i have a pdf file that including pins arrangement and the pins use 1.25 pitch connector(ex, molex-53047)

so in short

1.arduino mega custom board(just changing pins arrangement on the arduino mege mini pro board)
2.the board size is 65mm x 70mm maximum(less size is okay)
3.the board has 1.25mm pitch connectors
4.i need the way uproding bootloader
5.the best way is that you make gerber file and order the board and test it
-but if you can't order the board just give me gerber file and i order the board and solder the board and test it
