1. PC will connect ESP32 board with LED light using a USB cable.
2. pc will get HTTP commands that will trigger the LED light according to the HTTP that got.
3. TEAMS+ ZOOM webhook needed to be supported as well.
4. this tool needs to run as a service (after boot windows up).
