indoor climate data collection using arduino and a web interface

I have a project to collect and store indoor climate data such as temperature, humidity and CO2 levels using Arduino and a web interface. The Arduino model is flexible so I can use any model that suits my needs but the data should be collected and sent to the web interface every 15 minutes. The data should include all of the measurements listed in the initial question (temperature, humidity and CO2 levels) as well as sound. All data should then be stored and accessible through the web interface to provide detailed information about the indoor environment.
