iOS app GPS real time using arduino

Hi, I need an app where I can see my car in real time on a map, also I want to see the speed and a real time State of charge of the battery
I will use an Arduino with GPS module, also My BMS has an analog output 0-5v (0v = 0% 5v=100%) in order to see whats the SoC of the battery.
the arduino should be connected using wifi to a hotspot that I have always on in the car.
I also need that one pin of the arduino connected to a SSR that will close the ignition key contact for remote starting from the app.
