developments of Modbus communication client system on Arduino microcontroller

My project is the development of a Modbus communication client system on an Arduino microcontroller. The required Modbus communication uses TCP/IP protocol, and I am looking for an implementation that reads and writes from the input register and holdings register. I will be communicating with only one Modbus device. This project requires extensive knowledge and understanding of Modbus communication, as well as its applications. I am looking for a qualified engineer to develop a comprehensive solution that meets my needs and specifications. If the engineer has expertise in the Arduino microcontroller and experience working with Modbus protocols, that would be an additional plus. The engineer should work closely with me and provide regular updates. Furthermore, the engineer should verify the proper functionality of the final product. should be able to communicate with modsim64 using TCP/IP protocol.
