designing and building high speed voltage reader data logger

I need to build data logger with very high sampling rate of 100000 sample per second for 3 channels. the three channels will read voltage of 15 to 10 v with accuracy of 0.01 mv
may be there are other micro controllers like teensy or any other microcontroller that do this i do not know or i was not successful to code them i tried to use arduino due but the maxiumum sampling rate was 5000 sample per second
