convert this firmware to disable auto bed leveling and utilize the z switch

I have marlin firmware, the one with autobed leveling is running marlin 2.0 I believe and the other is marlin like 1.0. I dont want auto bed leveling and would rather have manal leveling. Convert the new marlin to not have bed leveling enabled instead the switch. I have attached the old firmware with the manual leveling enabled to this.

Please fix this and you will be rewarded.
