bluetooth connection from app to microphone to control on board pcb functions

I'm looking for a freelancer to create a bluetooth connection from an iOS app to a microphone to control specific functions on an onboard PCB. This app will need to meet certain requirements, such as controlling audio functionality including hi pass filter adjustment, attenuation, blending of 2 drivers and a boost. Although I don't have existing designs or wireframes for the app interface, I do have a rough idea of what I envision it to look like. So, I'm looking for someone who can bring my idea to fruition in an effective and efficient manner.
