arduino C++ wireless between nano and mega controlling motors

I'm looking for an experienced engineer to help me develop a project involving Arduino. My project will involve controlling DC motors wirelessly between an Arduino Nano and an Arduino Mega using the NRF protocol. The range of the wireless communication must be up to 50 meters. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Arduino C++ code, and experience with developing wireless solutions. Experience programming servo motors or stepper motors is also preferable.
