arduino esp32 interrupt i2c to nano library

I have esp32 working as master , i have 3 Arduino nanos connected with i2c bus to the esp32, i need the esp32 to send request to receive data only when the nano send external digital output to the esp32 as external interrupt, i need you to write me a code solving isr i2c conflicts.
