arduino encoder over pcf8575

I need Arduino encoder library based on PCF8575 similar to this example Rotary encoder with non-polling (interrupt based) switches from PCF8574, https://www.thecoderscorner.com/products/arduino-libraries/io-abstraction/rotary-encoder-switches-interrupt-pcf8574/ i need it with functions like settings of the range also increments x5 and x10 when press it's push button switch, one chip can take 4 encoders, i need you to create this library and manage to use more than one chip on Arduino uno and esp32 without conflicts.
