arduino + app inventor

I am looking for a freelancer with experience in robotics and app development to help me with my project. My main goal is to create a code using an esp8266 Arduino and App Inventor. The code should be able to :

read gps data on phone
save gps data on app
write gps coordonate on esp8266 using "littlefs"
and function : read data saved on esp 8266
