adding gsm to arduino

I have a working project which is based on the Lilygo TTGO board which has ESP32 WROVER-B and a built in GSM module SimCom A7670E.
My current project sends a simple text message to telegram bot using wifi connection.
I want you to add GSM data connection support which shall replace the current wifi connection.
My goal is to send telegram message with GSM DATA connection using the onboard SimCom A7670E.

Remarks:
The attached Arduino code is working, you can ignore the PIR in the main loop.
