Ziptie Automation

Designing a system that automates ziptie looping. For my project there will be 4 or i/o. Including a dc motor, linear actuator, and servo motor. Also 1 or two sensors will be used. Need to create code in certain sequence so that either a set amount of time or the sensors will tell the system to start working/moving again. Need the arduino program to be written for this.
