Write a UDP Sender sketch for Arduino IDE, compatible with Olimex ESP32-PoE

I am looking for an experienced Arduino programmer to develop a UDP Sender sketch for Arduino IDE, compatible with Olimex ESP32-PoE. This project requires the use of Arduino IDE version 2.x and a UDP communication protocol using the LAN port. Also needed is a digitalIN function who triggers sending the UDP string. The sketch should be written for the Olimex ESP32-PoE. I am looking for someone well-versed in the Arduino language and associated development environment. If you have experience developing for the ESP32-PoE board and writing sketches using the UDP protocol, I'm interested in hearing from you.
