Wireless sending of a data vector using an arduino nano 33 BLE sense.

I need two programs for the arduino 33 BLE Sense board:
The first program (for the central arduino) must announce every 100ms two data vectors that have the values of 8 analog sensors that are continuously read in them encrypted.
The second program (for the peripheral arduino) must read the announced data, transform it into its decimal value, make a vector with those values and turn them on through the serial port.
The two programs must be well synchronized to avoid empty readings.
It is essential that the developer has experience working with the BLE protocol and with the Arduino nano 33 BLE Sense board.
