Urgent: KiCad pcb board with power management issues

Job ID: 40470352

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

Currently i have a pcb, which makes use of an arduino and a meshtastic radio module, The board is supposed to be setup such that it is compatible with (switched via dip switch) lipo, li-on, and lifepo4 batteries. it is also compatible with usb charging as well as solar mttp charging with dip switch set voltages. it also has a port for a switchable power in/out jumper port. (the board can supply power to a second board, or via a dip switch can share its power with a second board.). the and since the board is capable of taking power from the batt ports on the arduino, it can both charge the batteries from usb, but also read the battery voltage via the meshtastic firmware for remote battery monitoring.
Currently, the meshtastic radio node connects to the arduino and functions on the mesh. The issue with the board is that something seems to be messed up with the board. I cant power the board from the battery ports. i cant charge the battery from the board. i cant power the board from the solar port. i cant power the board from the jumper port. i cant provide power from the jumper port. basically there seems to be basically no functionality from any of the jumper ports.

I can provide you gerber files. images, bom, positions.csv. everything. the project has already been printed successfully by jlcpcb so everything you will need is included in the zip file. i just need these changes to be made and the original designer is no longer able to work on it. thank you for your time, and I look forward to working with you.
