Updating & Streamlining Existing Arduino Sketch

Two sketches which work together to form a Transmitter & Receiver require some fine tuning and cleaning up. There's a couple of snags with the code which need ironing out and I'm looking for a proactive and 'can do' engineer to get this working reliably. Thanks :)
