Upcycled Multi-source Charge Controller Design

I am creating an Upcycled charge controller project where I use as many parts that can be salvaged or recycled from other common electronic devices as possible.
I do realise that the charge controller circuit most likely needs to be custom. That is what this project is for.
The charge controller must be able to accept multiple charges from small wind (rotational), vibrational (linear movement), small solar panels, triboelectric (static electricity). Will be used for indoor home use and must be cost effective and safe.

The controller must output to charge a battery pack or bank of AA and/ or AAA rechargeable batteries. Batteries will most likely be savaged from old electric toothbrushes, vapes or solar lights etc.
The charge controller can be designed with any ESP6266, Raspberry Pi or Pico 2, Arduino, or any similar low cost easily available microcontroller board. Justify why your suggestion is the best choice.

At milestones in this project you will supply:
- Circuit diagrams with explanations
- Parts list ( with item costs and examples of where to source the parts)
- the required microcontroller code and written installation steps.
A potential milestone in this project will be a breadboard type prototype that we will build to validate the functionality and ease of build. This can be discussed as we chat initially.

Will only consider freelanceres who have actually read the whole brief and write an estimate cost for a first prototype, not just the cost of doing this planning and design work described above.
