USB headphone + mic adapter from RJ45

I have headphone with TRRS and TRS connector but I want to use only sound from them. I also have MIC in TRRS, I need a dother board with 2 TRRS connector 1 for headphone and 1 for mic converted to an RJ45 port (I will use it as an extension ~5m) I want an LED status when the other board is connected.

On the other board I need a USB interface to connect to a windows machine to get MIC and HEADPHONE from RJ45 coming from dother board
