USB Mouse Adapter with Arduino Pro Micro

I'm looking for a skilled programmer and Arduino expert to help me code an Arduino Pro Micro board (ATmega32U4 chip) to function as a USB mouse adapter like this: https://github.com/floren/depraz-arduino
Key Project Requirements:
- The primary function of the device is to move the cursor when connected to a computer.
- The project does not currently require any additional functionality, but the ability to expand the project in the future is a plus.
- Ideally, you should have a good understanding of both programming and hardware to ensure seamless integration and performance.
