UART serial communication
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have the following UART packet. Need a basic Arduino code for this communication. I want to extract JSON data from serial and send JSON data in the required format.

Testing on hardware can be done on my end. If any bugs then we can use TeamViewer/AnyDesk.
P.S. I am trying to get touch/press switch data via UART. I will read this data on ESP 8266 which is connected with relays. My ESP will listen to all requests especially, Device State Request (to change relay state) and send Device Update Request if anything is controlled via MQTT/App.
