The Arduino Uno in the injection molding Industry
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have been challenged with logging key parameters on an injection molding press with an Arduino Uno. We have a prototype that is logging data to a server and to a database.
We have interfacing in-place to turn key parameters of 24 VDC on/off functions into a digital low to send to the Arduino.
We are having issues getting our read input_pullup to do what we tell it to do. I think we may have some bad Uno boards which through us for a loop.
I can't believe that there is not already a sample program already de-bugged for this application that we could build upon.
Can you provide a clearer step forward to monitor simple on/off states. We need to monitor approximately 5 functions happening in rapid succession.
