Temp sensors readings using an Arduino Mega 2560

I have set up a Arduino 2560 board using 9 thermistors, and 9 balanced resistors. (I've attached a picture for reference). My goal is to be able to read the temperature of each of these 9 thermistors and display them separately stating the temperature in Celsius. I have a wiring diagram if needed, and I also have a lot of the code written out that I will share. I'm struggling to display these values. Is anyone willing to help me?
