Tech help to relaunch an electronic musical instrument...
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
I’m looking for a tech, maybe two, to help me re-invent a MIDI/sampler musical instrument I invented 20+ years ago.
You’ll need the skills and passion for music, to work on an electronic musical instrument heavily based on sampling audio and overlaying grooves with piezo transducers (consider them like drum pads), audio sampling/triggering with MIDI note and velocity via arduino (or equivalent) and RGB LED control.
It’s a broad role working with me (reasonably tech but no arduino skills) to redevelop and relaunch. This will be a game changer instrument, particularly for the DJ world, possibly leading to a crowdfunded manufacturing situation.
I see it as an ongoing relationship for the right person/s. I’m funding this personally so I'm looking for person/s who are genuinely excited about this, it's not a comfortable rolling contract with a company, but I pay fair and square for the right input.
You’d need to sign a NDA before receiving the new relaunch tech plans, but I’ll happily give you more info on the actual instrument if you reply and seem suitable and motivated,
