Stable recording frequency from sensors to the SD card (Arduino IDE)

Using Atmega328p as a microcontroller, the data are collected from RTC and MPU to the SD card at a frequency higher than 20 Hz. Over time, frequency start's to drop as a flashcard is fulfilling.
