Smart agriculture sensor using Arduino

In this project we would like to create a smart agriculture sensor that will be made up of two different sensors. One will be the temperature/humidity sensor which will is used to sense temperature and/or humidity present within the atmosphere of the surrounding area ( the green house). If it is not an ideal temperature then the sensor will change it to an ideal one. The other sensor will be the soil moisture sensor. This sensor is used for sensing moisture content within the soil. It will check for the volume of water or moisture that is present in the soil. If it is not at a good level it will change it to be at one. The sensor should also be able to display this information to a phone, letting you see the current temperature, humidity, and soil level and also letting you change the values yourself
