I'm seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a control system for my evaporative cooler using either a Raspberry Pi or an Arduino. I have no preference for the platform. The system should feature automatic temperature and humidity regulation, as well as the ability to set time schedules for different temperatures throughout the day.

Key Features:
- Automatic temperature and humidity control
- Programmable time schedules for varying temperatures
- Daily automatic drainage of the cooler
- LCD display interface

The digital interface should allow for controlling:
- Temperature settings
- Humidity levels
- Time schedules
- Manual mode for fan speed, cooling activation (water pump and solenoid), and manual drainage
- Displaying fault codes from the machine
- Winter mode (turns off water inlet solenoid and water pump)

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in programming Raspberry Pi or Arduino
- Experience with temperature and humidity sensors
- Familiarity with LCD display interface
- Knowledge in developing systems with manual and automatic settings
