Simple arduino code

I am looking for a programmer to write some simple arduino code for me. The goal of the code is to maintain a PWM duty as a result of an ADC feedback reading. The maximum frequency that it needs to be able to produce is PWM. The desired output from the code is Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). I am looking for expertise in coding and programming with Arduino and the ability to adhere to the requirements. If you have experience in this field, please bid on the project.
