Simple Pseudocode to Arduino/C++ Code conversion project - ESP-32, HX711 and RC522 Implementation

I have a simple project involving a ESP-32 as the base chip, a HX711 load cell sensor and a RC522 NFC reader. I have these units...but I dont do hardware development nor code in C++/Arduino. I need someone to take my pseudocode and create the C++/Arduino code to make these things talk to each other and post the data to a HTTP endpoint with a JSON collection.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- read my pseudocode and turn it into usable code
- diagram how to wire these units together so I can easily pair them together, and answer questions on how to get it to run in the Arduino environment...I've never used it
- respond to errors/support questions once I do the build
You'll need to be able to understand how to make the unknowns work...for example, in my pseudocode, I may tell you "we need to convert these datapoints to JSON and then post them to a REST/HTTP endpoint"...you need to know if we have to import any packages to make HTTP run...etc.

I'm guessing this is an hour or two work for someone that knows what they're doing. If this was a javascript project I'm certain I could complete the code build in 30 minutes.
I don't want a long dialog about project requirements etc. I don't have time to wait to discuss why I'm doing the project, what its for, how it will function after its built...I only need the code to extract 2 datapoints from the hardware I've listed above and send it to a HTTP endpoint, that's it. This project will need to be completed 3 days from the time I provide the pseudocode.
