Simple Arduino game handcontrol to work over USB.

I need a simple game handcontrol device that works over USB.

- I need to beable to ask the handcontrol device what version it is.
- Works in iOS, iPadOS, Android, Windows, HTML5 Browser
- I have move code I just need help to just add to the device, built it in CircuitPython.
