Sheet metal bending using Arduino

I want a Arduino code plus modules so that the integration of the code could be done accordingly. The code should drive two actuators opposite in polarity according to the image uploaded and there is a proximity sensor or ultrasonic sensor which and when detects a hand the extension of rod from actuators and retracts back and after 5 seconds the second actuator should extend and retract accordingly so that the actuators can do the 3 jobs holding, bending and embossing.
