Serial Link with NRF52840

I need an extremely robust communication link using 2 NRF52840. One nrf52840 (peripheral) connected to a hardware UART (Tx,Rx) and speed (at least 115Kbps, n, 8,1) and the other side the nrf52840 (Central) using the native USB make a COM port on Windows 10/11 same speed 115Kbps,n,8,1.
The data transmission must be 100% transparent.
BLE autoconnection required and point to pint link establishes according to the Peripheral MAC address, so Central should be programmable for each Peripheral MAC address.
Use for MEDICAL DEVICE.
