7-Segment LED Counter Button Wiring

I'm looking for an expert to wire 5 buttons with 5 LED 7-segment counters. The buttons will be manual push buttons, and their function will be to increment the count on the LED counters. I already have the components including Arduino Uno R3 Boards that are pre-programmed with a time delay so the buttons cannot be spammed. I need to understand how the circuit works and how it is wired properly. Wires have been disconnected and it is not working at this time.
