Scoreboard control
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I developed RF scoreboard in the past, now i need an update based on Android app which can control: Clock (ascending and descending), points up to 199 for 2 teams (increments +1,+2,+3, decrements -1), period 1 to 9, team faults 1 to 9, bonus and posesion indicators.
All the hardaware is already designed Arduino MEGA for main scoreboard, and Arduino UNO on shoot clocks, the electronics uses a 7 segment latch IC 74HC4543, and drives the 7 segments LED by ULN2003, on main scoreborad there are some individual bits like Bonus, posesion, and the "1" when point are over 99.
The WiFi infraestructure could be thinked as follows: A main router installed on main scoreboard generating WiFi network, each shoot clock has an small router/repeater getting data, and the Android app is running on a 10" tablet coneected to the same WiFi.
