SIM7600EI

I am looking for a freelancer to help with my project that incorporates a SIM7600EI module. The main purpose of this module is to facilitate wireless communication within my system (specifically 4G). Not only do I need assistance with setting up the communications, but I am also looking for help with both hardware and software integration. This project will require the freelancer to have knowledge and experience of wireless communications as well as hardware/software integration. I am looking for someone who can get the project done in a timely manner while ensuring the highest quality of work.(I cannot provide the hardware but I need the other person to guide me online to connect SIM7600EI module to arduino uno to send sms or make a phone call)
