Rooster Crowing Alert Vibrating Band

I am seeking an experienced electronics engineer to develop a miniature sound-reactive vibrating band. This band would wrap around the leg of a rooster to alert me upon crowing. It should be adjustable to accommodate a rooster's leg size.
Key requirements include:
- Band should respond to the sound of rooster crowing by vibrating.
- Sound detection should be capable of differentiating a rooster's crow from other ambient noises.
- Vibration should be noticeable but not discomforting or harmful to the rooster.
- Automatic control: The device should self-activate in response to the rooster crowing. I should not have to manually activate it each time.
- Battery-powered, with a reasonable lifespan before needing to be changed or recharged.
- Able to work at a very short range - the band will be on the rooster's leg.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in electronics engineering, and some experience with sound detection technology. Familiarity with animal handling is a plus. Also, the ability to produce this in a small, lightweight form without harming the rooster is critical.
